Notes from Children & Family Ministries

Notes from Children & Family Ministries

We've had a great start to the preschool year! The hallways are filled with children and laughter. The classrooms are bustling with activity. St. Mark's is a great place to be!

Don't forget to stop in the Chilren's Library and check out our selection of books and videos. This year our monthly newsletter will be sent electronically. If you would prefer a paper copy, please email Julie Poyer at jcpoyer1@yahoo.com and we'll be happy to send one home in your child's bookbag. Please let us know if we can support you in any way.

October 2009 : Kindness

October 2009 : Kindness

Speak only what is helpful for building others up.
Ephesians 4:29

This month in Chapel we will focus on kindness. Kindness means showing you care, doing good to make life better for others. It is being thoughtful about people's needs. Kindness is showing love and compassion to someone who is sad or needs your help. Kindness is treating yourself and others nicely. It is caring about the earth and all living things.
